Before booking an inventory report, please ensure that the property is fully prepared and that any cleaning, decorating, maintenance, or repair work has been completed prior to our visit.
All furniture and any items included within the tenancy should be present and compliant with current fire safety regulations. The property should be presented in the same condition in which it will be handed over to the tenant. This enables us to produce a detailed and accurate inventory report that fully reflects the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.
When booking a check-out report, the tenant must have fully vacated the property and removed all personal belongings before our inspection takes place. Any cleaning obligations outlined within the tenancy agreement should also be completed prior to our visit.
To prepare a check-out report, we will require a copy of the original professionally prepared inventory report that was signed at the start of the tenancy.
