We can arrange to meet the tenant at the rental property either on or before the commencement of the tenancy. During the check-in appointment, we will review the inventory report with the tenant, obtain signatures where required, and ensure all relevant documentation has been acknowledged.
Where possible, we will also record and agree meter readings with the tenant. In addition, we can facilitate the handover of the property keys, providing a smooth and professional start to the tenancy.
