All of our property inventory reports are professionally prepared in accordance with recognised industry standards and tailored to meet your individual requirements. Each report includes detailed narrative descriptions supported by high-quality digital colour photography throughout.
We conduct a comprehensive inspection of the rental property, carefully documenting the fixtures, fittings, contents, and overall condition of the property at the time of inspection, including furniture where applicable.
At check-in, we can meet your tenant at the property either on or before the start of the tenancy. We will review the inventory report with them, obtain signatures where required, and, where possible, record and agree meter readings.
We can also manage the listing and handover of property keys as part of our service.
